Effective Friday 01/04/08 we will be practicing every
Friday until the end of the season.
Fridays are not mandatory but highly recommended.
All practices are as follows:

Starting Friday January 4th 2008

Mondays 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Thursdays 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Fridays 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

This schedule will be in effect for the full season.

Any change due to holidays etc. will be posted in advance.

All practices are held at Kaneland High School in the wrestling room.
Reminder:

Practice begins at 6:00 pm please try to arrive ten to fifteen minutes
before. This allows everyone time to change shoes talk to
friends/coachs and be ready to go on time.
The 2nd period is won by the kid in the best shape.
The 3rd period is won by the kid with the biggest heart".
